TROA currently has over 500 members. Anyone who purchases a home or lot in the following Treyburn Neighborhoods must join TROA… East Pointe…Fairwoods…Fairway Lane…Greenview Place…Old Trail Drive…Stagville… Stonebridge… Riverwalk…The Villas and Villa Drive…and Vintage Hill. Members are required to pay an annual Homeowners Assessment to TROA on Jaunary 1st of each year. In addition…Members who live in Greenview Place and Riverwalk are responsible for paying monthly “Maintenance” Assessments. Members who live in the Villas must pay a separate monthly assessment to the Villas HO Association in addition to their annual TROA Assessment. Board Members are elected at the TROA Annual Meeting each year. Each home/lot owner is entitled to one vote in the elections or in any other decisions that require a vote by the general membership. Treyburn is a Covenant-governed Community and TROA is responsible for enforcing Covenants and Design Guidelines in the Community.
